I am a formally trained medical informatics professional with experience in clinical science and over a decade of experience working inside major enterprise healthcare organizations and fast-growing health tech startups.

I’ve led and supported initiatives spanning clinical operations, EHR platforms, interoperability, and workflow optimization, and advise organizations on the application of agentic workflows and LLMs to reduce operational burden, support clinical and operational decision-making, and enable scalable processes in highly regulated healthcare environments..

NLP for Assessment and Data Mining of Historical EHR Data

Validation and implementation of 0-1 product leveraging NLP+ LLM to proactively identify ICD-10 code inaccuracy in EHR data.

Value Proposition : Scale internal LLM to support development of net new capability gaps in diagnosis capture, code specificity and/or code accuracy of historical and current structured and unstructured EHR data.

DTP Pharmacy Workflow Automation Rules Engine

Develop heuristics for the application of rules set to optimize end to end DTP workflow at scale to include internal ops data, payments processing, Telehealth , fulfillment and administrative pharmacy supply chain data. Leveraged JTBD framework as well as systems oriented design and journey mapping for ideation and research as well as design.

Value Proposition: Optimize DTP Pharmacy Fulfillment Workflow by way of automation and orchestration to reduce ops cost attributed to manual workflows and support increased volume and improved patient satisfaction.

Payer:Provider Data Ecosystem

Develop and scale 0-1 solution to deliver POC insights to providers to support value based care initiatives including but not limited to HCC management based on payer suspects and gap data.Create systems architecture to support bi directional data exchange in support of both risk based outcomes management as well as utility and provider engagement.

Value Proposition : Value Based Care improvement at the POC , improved RAF (measurable and associated to improved reimbursements) improved clinical outcomes and improved plan performance.

HL7 Data Feeds to Scale Clinical Operations Data Insights

Lead 0-1 product concept to support 0-1 development of customer facing dashboard tool to identify care gaps, monitor provider performance and opportunity to optimize documentation quality at scale based on EHR data and multi source data feeds by way HL7 , APIs and advanced systems architecture leveraging OOUX for foundations of front end design and back end tooling and integrations.
